Piercings.. Does anyone know a good place/person to use?

My daughter and her friend want to do a small diamond nose piercing and the guy we used to use has PCS'd. Does anyone have anyone they use on base.. or know of a good, safe, sanitary place off base?

I've heard there is somewhere that has "kits" to do it yourself, with a disposable, one time use "thingy."

My neighbor just did hers... and she got my daughter one to do her ears. I'll ask where she got them.

Hey VetteChic (or anyone), did you ever find a place to get piercings? My daughter wants to get one. We're heading to Tokyo for a few days, so if anyone knows a place there (I've heard there are some places in Shibuya) that'd be great too.

We saw the disposable kits at Claire's, but having her mother making holes in her body with a sharp object will be only a desperate, last resort! LOL
