My name is Shauna Sullivan, and I am fluent in both English and Japanese, and I love children. I am starting a class for children once a week to teach them how to speak Japanese first, then read and write as well if desired!
The classes are held at the Yujo Center. I charge $10/1000 yen for an hour class, but if you have two children in the same class, I discount the second child to half price!
Groups will be small (maximum 5 children per group) and each group will be at a different time, so depending on space available the times listed may have to change. The groups will be divided up depending on the skill of the language the child has (It wouldn't be fair if a 5 year old boy who goes to kindergarten in Japan to be in the same group as another 5 year old who have no experience with Japanese, right? ^_^)
10-12 years old:
Monday, 3pm - 4pm (3 spots left)
Tuesday, 4pm - 5pm
6-9 years old:
Tuesday, 3pm - 4pm
Friday, 5pm - 6pm
3-5 years old:
Wednesday, 3:30pm - 4:30pm (1 spot left)
Thursday, 3pm - 4pm
Friday, 3pm - 4pm, 4pm - 5pm
