I know you said you want a puppy under $200 but it is real difficult to get one here in japan for that cheap. I put an ad up on Yokota Ads just now for puppies for sale. I am selling 2 two month old Purebred miniature dachshund. One is black on top and brow on the bottom. The other is a rare color. It is grey with black spots and some brown. I got four of them from a breeder friend of mine in japan just today. I told her I would help her sell them.
